Demon Slayer fans won’t have too long to wait until the next exciting anime entry, with the Infinity Castle movie finally receiving an official release date and trailer, among a slew of other news.

Via its official YouTube channel on March 1, 2025, Aniplex revealed that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle will be released in Japan on July 18, 2025. The release comes over six years since the anime series premiered in April 2019, promising excitement, emotion and a thrilling climax to the anime franchise. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle‘s release date was revealed during a stream that saw numerous of its voice actors in attendance, including Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro), Akari Kito (Nezuko), Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu), Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Inosuke), Takahiro Sakurai (Giyu Tomioka), Kengo Kawanishi (Muichiro Tokito), Saori Hayami (Shinobu Kocho), Kana Hanazawa (Mitsuri Kanroji), Kenichi Suzumura (Obanai Iguro), Tomokazu Seki (Sanemi Shinazugawa), Tomokazu Sugita (Gyomei Himejima) and Toshihiko Seki (Muzan Kibutsuji).

The event also expanded on Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2, set to launch in 2025, and received a new demo at the event after its first trailer launch last year. Fans awaiting Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle‘s overseas release date can take heart knowing it’s likely also expected for 2025; a listing from German theater chain CineStar revealed a release date slated for this September. The likely accidental public listing has since been removed.
