Winter weather will continue to impact travel through the rest of this week. The StormTracker 12 weather team will keep you updated on air and online. |



SOUTHERN OREGON & NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — Areas of light to moderate snowfall will continue overnight across much of the region. Gusty winds will pick up for higher elevations late in the night, especially for areas in Lake County. Roads will be slippery for some of our valley floors with bigger travel impacts along and east of the Cascades and across Siskiyou County.

As we go through the day on Friday, the coverage of snow will diminish in our region.

Here’s a look at additional snowfall amounts expected from Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

A WINTER STORM WARNING has been issued for and western Siskiyou above 2,000′ until 10 AM Friday and eastern Curry, Josephine, and for Jackson County above 2,000′ from 1 PM Thursday to 10 AM Friday. Click the ‘Alerts’ tab above for more details.
